I wish I had a better photo because the photo I have below does not do justice! This was the first time I’ve had one of these so I have nothing to compare with, but I thought they were really good. The éclairs were not too sweet which made them really easy to eat. We got four of the bite-sized pieces.
I personally had the Pistache Framboise and there was filling on the inside! The bottom part was not as hard as I thought it would be and I felt a little deceived. My friends also enjoyed this little bite-sized snack. It was a great way to end the day. The people behind the counter told us the most popular was the Caramel Beurre Salé.
At the shop, we were told this was the only location in Canada! You can find them in Vancouver at 1210 Robson Street. Click here for more information.
